[00:00:04] Sarah: can everyone hear me okay? Mike your video's frozen.
[00:00:09] Mike: yeah yeah I'm here, sorry, give me one sec
[00:00:14] Sarah: no worries. okay so um, this is sprint 15 planning, I wanna keep it to thirty minutes if we can. Devon you're driving the board?
[00:00:22] Devon: yep, sharing now. can you see it?
[00:00:26] Devon: okay so we've got, uh, carryover first. The billing API thing from last sprint that didn't.
[00:00:33] Mike: yeah that's on me. It's like 80% there, I just hit a wall with the Stripe webhook retries, the idempotency stuff is trickier than I thought
[00:00:41] Sarah: is that gonna land this sprint?
[00:00:43] Mike: yeah. yeah I think so. I need like two more days
[00:00:47] Priya: wait sorry, is this the same webhook issue from the incident two weeks ago or a different.
[00:00:52] Mike: different. well, related. The incident was the signature verification, this is the retry logic
[00:00:59] Sarah: okay so let's, can we put two days on that, Mike, and you'll update the ticket?
[00:01:03] Mike: yep
[00:01:05] Devon: okay and then the big one is the notifications service migration. Um. This is the one I'm a little nervous about
[00:01:14] Devon: so we're at like 80% capacity on the current service and if we don't migrate before the billing GA we're gonna have problems, but the migration could break the existing email flow if it's not done carefully. That's the customer-facing risk
[00:01:31] Tom: yeah okay that's, we can't sit on that
[00:01:37] Sarah: okay this is priority one. Devon can you own the migration plan? Even just a doc by Wednesday so we can review the rollback before anyone touches prod
[00:01:48] Devon: yeah I'll have something Wednesday
[00:01:51] Sarah: and flag it, if we break the email flow customer trust is gone for months, I want eyes on the rollback specifically
[00:01:59] Priya: should we loop in support so they're not blindsided during the migration window?
[00:02:05] Sarah: good call. Priya can you give support a heads up once we have a date?
[00:02:09] Priya: yep
[00:02:15] Maya: yeah so the landing page redesign, I posted the mocks. Design's honestly like a six week blocker if we do the whole thing, but we could ship the hero section first
[00:02:26] Sarah: let's do the hero first. Ship incrementally
[00:02:29] Maya: okay, I'll post the design spec by Friday
[00:02:33] Devon: I'm a little worried about bandwidth: migration plus landing page plus the billing component library cleanup, that's a lot
[00:02:43] Sarah: yeah the component library can slip. Punt it to sprint 16
[00:02:50] Sarah: Tom anything on the data warehouse thing?
[00:02:54] Tom: not really, it's blocked on the vendor. I'll chase them but I don't wanna commit it this sprint
[00:03:02] Sarah: okay leave it off, we'll add it if it unblocks
[00:03:19] Maya: honestly, relief
[00:03:22] Sarah: ha. okay good retro everyone, let's ship. I'll drop notes in the channel
Good luck remembering this three meetings from now.

Intelligence extracted.

Action items with owners and due dates, decisions with context, risks ranked by severity. Every claim links back to its source quote.

The full picture, one week at a time.

Meetings group into projects, and patterns surface across weeks. Recurring blockers get flagged, stale action items get nudged.

Message from the founder

I’m not a project manager. I work in IT, and for years the same things died between meetings. I tried tracking it by hand and it never lasted a week, so I built this to track what’s actually going on between my meetings.

Frequently asked.

Most notetakers work one meeting at a time. You get a transcript and a summary, then it is on you to connect today to last week. MeetingBull is the layer on top: it pulls decisions, action items, and risks out of every transcript and tracks them across meetings, so recurring blockers, stale action items, and patterns surface on their own. Every item links back to the exact quote it came from. Bring the transcript from whatever notetaker you already use; we do not replace it, we make its output add up over time.

Take back your day.

Your first 5 meetings are free. Paste one transcript and watch the dashboard fill itself in.
