Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of MeetingBull (the “Service”), operated by Arain Systems (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

MeetingBull takes meeting transcripts you provide and extracts structured information from them (such as action items, decisions, and risks), then organizes and tracks that information across meetings. You bring the transcript; we process it.

Your account

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.

Your content

You retain ownership of the transcripts and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide and improve the Service for you (including sending it to our AI provider to perform the extraction you request). You are responsible for having the right to share the transcripts you upload, and for complying with any obligations to meeting participants.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service or its rate limits.
• Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

AI output

Extraction is generated by an AI model and may be incomplete or incorrect. Every item links back to its source quote so you can verify it, and you can edit or remove anything. Do not rely on the output as professional, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing important items.

Plans, billing, and the founding deal

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid features, prices, and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. The founding offer reserves a discounted rate for early customers; reserving a spot collects your interest and does not charge you, and any charge will only occur after you complete checkout when it becomes available. A reserved founding rate remains in effect while your subscription stays active.

Fair use

“Unlimited” plans are subject to reasonable, good-faith use. We may apply safeguards to prevent abuse or automated overuse that would harm the Service or other customers. Genuine usage is not affected; if you have a high-volume need, contact us.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that the AI output will be accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
